Regina Webster has vast experience in the field of Civil and Transportation Engineering, including roadway design, site design, civil/structural inspections, transportation planning, traffic data collection and traffic engineering. She has completed numerous traffic studies and Intersection Design Studies on various projects for the Illinois Department of Transportation (IDOT), Illinois State Toll Highway Authority (ISTHA), City of Chicago - Departments of Transportation, Department of Aviation, and various counties and municipalities including the City of Evanston and the Village of Lake Zurich.

In 1990, Ms. Webster founded Regina Webster & Associates, a professional engineering services firm focused on the areas of civil design engineering, traffic and transportation planning and data collection. A recognized DBE/Women Business Enterprise, the firm has been actively involved as a subcontractor throughout the Chicago and northeastern Illinois areas, and has been retained by large transportation agencies that recognize its specialized skills.

Ms. Webster received her education at Michigan State University and Northwestern University, and has worked as a Civil Engineer, Professional Traffic Operations Engineer and Traffic Studies engineer for 26 years in the Chicago metropolitan and northeastern Illinois area.
